I already teach 25 guitar lessons to children and adults. You can also learn bass guitar and learn drums with me. I'm not an "official" drummer, but I can certainly teach you a good foundation. I also enjoy playing together during class. I'm going to play drums or bass or piano myself so we get a bit of a band feeling. I can teach you simple piano songs. I especially care about discovering the pleasure of music making. I do that mainly with the guitar but other instruments can also be done. I also do bandlessons/coaching, so if you want to come with a group, you can.
In class, I start from what you like to play and what you would like to learn. That can be pop, jazz or rock but we can also read notes (don't necessarily have to!) and I can help you work towards an admission to the conservatory.

Monday and Tuesday afternoon are my regular class days at the Ceuvel in Amsterdam North. I teach between 15:00 and 19:00 and generally those afternoons are full but sometimes there is room or I put you on a waiting list. We can also arrange individual lessons at a time that suits us both, that is possible during the day and in the evening. Sometimes I have to play or I'm on tour, but we'll plan around that.
Individual lessons are €30 for half an hour and €50 for a whole hour. Fixed regular lessons are € 25 per lesson (payment is per 10 or 12 lessons depending on the schedule for holidays and holidays). Pupils under the age of 21 are exempt from VAT. I adapt to the school holidays in my regular schedule.
